We the members of the New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus understand what it means to act up, speak out and sing out against oppression. We can empathize with  marginalized people that are told you are less than and more infamously, that your lives don’t matter. Today, we join together to say #BlackLivesMatter in spirit with our exceptional musical and social mission:

The New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus inspires pride, empowerment, equality, and acceptance to all through extraordinary music and actions.

The NJGMC would like to thank the extraordinarily talented Hugh Jackman for inviting us to perform with him at the NJ stop of his world tour, “The Man. The Music. The Show.” at Prudential Center. It was such a privilege to sing alongside such an amazing performer in front of 12,000 adoring fans! Thank you to Hugh Jackman who is as charming and gracious as he is handsome and talented, and to his fantastic crew who were lovely hosts to us for this once in a lifetime experience!
